A common problem experienced by most pager air-time resellers is getting customers to pay their service charge payments on time. In any given month, a reseller can have hundreds of overdue customers. To expedite collection of these overdue customers, often a phone call is required to remind them. Better yet, paging the customer via the PC4PAGERS Automated Paging option can be just as effective if not more so, and much more cost efficient, both in time-savings and in the overall collections effort.

  • Pages Overdue Customers
    • no need to use an employee’s valuable time to manually dial each customer. Will take your list of overdue customers and automatically page the entire list.
  • Pages Customers you just ran through billing
    • use to remind customer's it's time to pay
    • use in addition to, or in lieu of sending invoices/statements
  • Pages all Active Customers
    • use for marketing purposes (e.g., advertise specials you are having)
    • use for making other miscellaneous announcements (e.g., new referral program)
  • Page customers as often as you desire. If paging is interrupted, re-start from where you left off, or start back at the top of the list.
  • Page only specific groups of customers.
    • filter by customer status (Active Current, Active Overdue)
    • filter by carrier (only pages those customers under a specific carrier)
    • page only customers with a balance greater than a certain amount
    • other filtering (e.g., add or exclude special prefixes)
  • Redial within Carrier System - those carrier systems that allow re-dialing within their system, Automated Paging will take advantage of. Eliminates having to re-dial each customer. Minimizes phone toll costs.
  • Telocator Alphanumeric Input Protocol (TAP) support
  • Alpha support - sends message instead of number (Windows version only)
  • Staggered Paging - allows paging of only a certain number of customers per session so number of call backs is controlled.
  • Allows for different call back numbers for Overdue Customers and Active Customers
    • setup different voice mail messages for overdue customers and other customers
  • Page either the first pager or all active pagers assigned to a customer
