The PC4PAGERS Pro and PC4CELLULAR Multi-Store versions allow paging and wireless resellers with multiple store locations to share common data files from each location, over a real-time connection. This allows you to provide optimum service to your customers in that customers are able to walk into any branch for immediate service. Each location utilizes a copy of PC4PAGERS and/or PC4CELLULAR. This allows customers to be immediately setup on the spot for recurring billing or for wireless commissions tracking. Additionally, sales receipts and customer contracts can instantly be generated for your customers. Customer record changes made by a location are instantly seen by all locations. Faxing of customer information from one location to another for data entry and billing setup is eliminated.
Main Product Features
- True Client/Server - single set of data files maintained at the main "Hub" location. This keeps things simple. Easy to backup and control your vital data. Faster and more secure.
- Real-time data file sharing by all locations using any TCP/IP connection (DSL, Modem, private line, frame relay, etc.).
- Each location uses a full featured copy of PC4PAGERS and/or PC4CELLULAR for customer data entry, handling the up front sales transaction, and for immediate billing and commissions setup.
- Customer records identified by the store they signed up with.
- Inventory is tracked and identified by the store it belongs to.
- Inventory transfer.
- Reports by store location, allow you to see activity by each location (daily $$ reports, customers, pagers, inventory, etc.).
- Recurring billing can be done from the main location for all locations. Invoices can reflect main location or satellite location address.
- Those using the Automated Paging option can have paging done from one location.
