  • Subscriber Activations & De-activations.
  • Temporary Disconnects for soft disconnect.
  • Permanent Disconnects.
  • The ability to mass move overdue customers to temp disconnect. Prior to temp disconnecting a pager, a page is sent to each pager with a preset phone number of your choice. In most cases this number is assigned to a voice mail where customers are informed that their pager has just been shut off.
  • Automatically re-activates a phone number and sends a test page when a customer is changed back to a current or overdue status from a temp disconnect, collections or in-active status, after making payment.
  • Deletes temp disconnect accounts from the Glenayre database when moved to an in-active or collections status. Recycles the associated phone number for reuse. Should a customer pay their overdue balance after this is done, if their number is still available, it can easily be retrieved from recycling and the pager automatically re-connected including the sending of a test page.
  • Overcall Billing - monthly, scans all pagers for call count settings and compares to switch actuals. Automatically adds charges to customer special billing ledgers for next bill, and resets switch settings back to zero.
  • Decremental call count feature automatically resets pre-determined billing option and call count after designated time period. For example, a toll free number with 200 calls per 30 day billing cycle will automatically be reset.
  • Automatically activates a phone number and sends a test page when a pager is initially assigned to a customer.
  • Phone inventory management.
  • Phone pooling feature lets you assign three letter codes to pull numbers such as (909) or (626) or (310).
  • Phone pool search locates unused numbers first, then will use recycled numbers based on oldest in recycle bin.
  • Built in test page feature allows you to send incremental test pages to a unit. Saves toll charges on business lines. Sends either numeric or alpha messages.
  • Allows sending of e-mails to alpha pagers assigned to employees.
  • Full reconciliation of phone number inventory against Glenayre database. Disconnects phone numbers left on in error, or activates phone numbers de-activated in error.
  • For multiple switches, allows remote programming of other Glenayre switches on your network. Uses phone pooling to identify the node(s) and password (s) of remote switches.
  • Supports use of only one Glenayre connection to a switch, for PC4PAGERS Multi-Store users.
  • One Touch "System Supervisor Access Only".
  • Complete database reload. In the event your Glenayre disk drive crashes, or you replace or update your system, PC4PAGERS can quickly and easily re-load all customer records into the replacement drive(s) or new system.
  • Management reports provide commands sent to Glenayre. Allows for review and followup on errored commands to resolve problems in customer accounts, and to identify employee input errors. Tracks which employee sent the error. Good tool for employee training or reprimanding, whichever is the case.
  • Agent Access option allows resellers to activate and deactivate pagers under their account. Billing is automatically updated.
